1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of a business entity, "Client", "you", or "your") and AppNexa Technologies ("AppNexa", "we", "us", or "our"), operating in Surat, Gujarat, India.

By enrolling your business, purchasing an AppNexa counter standee, accessing our owner portal at appnexa.co.in, or using our QR/NFC review pages, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the Service

AppNexa provides a contactless customer review acceleration system designed for Indian small and medium enterprises. The service includes:

  • Provision of acrylic counter standees embedded with Near Field Communication (NFC) chips and QR codes linked to your registered business profile.
  • A mobile-responsive customer landing page that enables customers to select star ratings and pre-composed review phrases.
  • Intelligent reputation routing that directs positive ratings (4–5 stars) to your official Google Maps business review listing, and routes critical ratings (1–3 stars) privately to the business owner on WhatsApp.
  • Access to an administrative owner dashboard to view scan analytics, aggregated ratings, and branch performance.

3. Service Disclaimers & Google Policies

No Guarantee of Search Rankings: While collecting authentic reviews helps improve local visibility, AppNexa does not guarantee any specific Google Maps search ranking, Footfall increase, or revenue outcome. Search algorithms are controlled solely by Google LLC.

Compliance with Google Review Policies: AppNexa facilitates genuine customer feedback. You agree not to use AppNexa to post artificial, automated, incentivized, or fabricated reviews. Customers must submit reviews on their own personal Google accounts. Any attempt to engage in fraudulent review manipulation or review gating that violates third-party platform terms is strictly prohibited.

4. Pricing, Billing & Subscription Terms

The standard pricing structure for the AppNexa service in India is as follows (all prices in INR):

  • Initial Activation & Setup Fee: ₹1,999 (one-time setup fee including custom NFC/QR standee generation and first-year activation).
  • Annual Platform Renewal: ₹999 per year (for continued digital routing, cloud hosting, and dashboard access).

Online payments are processed securely via Razorpay. In cases where in-person onboarding is facilitated by authorized AppNexa field representatives, cash payment receipts and payment links are recorded in accordance with our administrative verification protocol.

No Return & Refund Policy: Because AppNexa involves custom QR digital provisioning and personalized physical acrylic standee manufacturing, all setup and renewal payments are final and non-refundable. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

5. Client Responsibilities & Account Security

As a client of AppNexa, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information, including legal business name, valid branch addresses, and an active Google Place ID.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your owner and employee login credentials. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
  • Promptly update your registered WhatsApp contact number to ensure private feedback from 1–3 star scans is received without interruption.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, algorithms, trademarks, and user interfaces associated with AppNexa are the exclusive intellectual property of AppNexa Technologies. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the standees and software during the active term of their subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, AppNexa Technologies, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Actions taken by Google LLC regarding your Google Business Profile (including suspension or review filtering by Google's automated systems).
  • Temporary service interruptions caused by internet outages, cloud hosting disruptions, or payment gateway delays.
  • Damage, theft, or misuse of physical acrylic standees once delivered to your counter.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AppNexa in the preceding 12 months.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access if a client breaches these Terms, engages in deceptive review practices, or fails to pay subscription fees. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting support.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

10. Modifications to Terms & Contact

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
