No Return & Refund Policy

1. Service Delivery & Standee Dispatch

AppNexa Technologies provides custom-manufactured contactless counter hardware and specialized cloud review routing services for Indian businesses.

  • Digital Activation: Digital review routing pages (appnexa.co.in/r/{branchId}), owner portal credentials, and analytics dashboards are provisioned digitally and activated immediately upon successful payment verification.
  • Physical Standee Dispatch: Custom branded acrylic NFC/QR counter standees are manufactured and dispatched to your registered business address within 3 to 5 business days via domestic courier across India.

2. No Return & No Refund Policy

All sales, onboarding setup fees (₹1,999), and annual subscription renewals (₹999/year) are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

Because AppNexa delivers customized physical acrylic standees engraved with your specific business branding, dynamic QR codes, and hardware-encoded NFC chips, along with immediate cloud infrastructure provisioning, we strictly operate on a No Return and No Refund policy once payment has been completed.

3. Subscription Cancellation & Expiry

You may choose not to renew your annual platform subscription (₹999/year) at any time. To cancel future renewal billing, please notify our support team at least 7 business days prior to your annual expiration date.

Upon cancellation, your existing digital review routing and owner dashboard access will remain operational until the end of your paid annual term, after which routing will gracefully deactivate with no recurring charges.

4. Damaged in Transit & Defective Hardware Replacement

While we do not offer monetary refunds or returns, we are fully committed to product quality. If your physical acrylic standee arrives physically damaged during transit or contains a defective NFC chip:

  • Notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@appnexa.co.in or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 9265500479.
  • Provide your business name, order/payment receipt ID, and clear photos or a short video showing the damaged acrylic or NFC defect.
  • Upon verification, a free replacement standee will be manufactured and dispatched to your counter at zero additional charge.
